All Within My Hands aims to assist and enrich the lives of members of the communities who have supported the band for years, as well as encourage participation from fans and friends. May is AWMH’s Month of Giving, and this year the Foundation is focusing on the first prong of its mission: workforce education.

There is an unprecedented need for skilled tradespeople across the country. As reported by Forbes, experts predict around 3 million trade jobs will be left unfilled by 2028. AWMH is doing its part to find a solution by funding trade education programs through the Metallica Scholars Initiative.
